Richard Rothstein: The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America
Lexington Community Land Trust and Lexington Fair Housing Council, in Partnership with Transylvania's Community Engagement Through the Arts, present:
Acclaimed author Richard Rothstein in a FREE one-night only lecture about his book, The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America.
There will be a Question and Answer period following the lecture, as well as a public reception in the Morlan Gallery.

Lexington CLT is a non-profit membership organization that is providing permanently affordable for-sale and rental homes for income-qualified people in Fayette County. Our first 80 - 100 homes will be built in Davis Park, formerly Davis Bottom, close to downtown Lexington. The neighborhood will also be home to a mix of retail stores and housing. The Community Land Trust will steward the land, making sure the businesses chosen will serve the needs of the neighborhood's people.

Our first rental homes at

Our first homeownership home is finished--thanks to a special pilot partnership with Lexington Habitat for Humanity. Home dedication took place January 9, 2016. Pictures from the dedication can be found under News>Photos and Video
